3 Baked Camembert Recipes šŸ‚

3 delicious baked camembert recipes you need to try this fall šŸ§€šŸ‚ šŸ§€šŸ‚šŸ

Honestly, baked camembert is one of the coziest things you can eat in fall, it's creamy, fragrant, and endlessly versatile. Over the years I’ve tried so many versions, and this season I’m sharing three of my absolute fall favorites you have to try this year.

1. Baked Camembert with Figs and Grapes

You might remember last year’s baked camembert recipe I served it with roasted figs and grapes, well, this year I took it up a notch and made the air fryer version. When airfryers became a thing I couldn't really hop on the train, but early this year I started experimenting and I finally started understanding how it works. Now I absolutely love it.

Unfortunately I couldn’t visit my Grandma during this fig season, so I had to grab some from the grocery store, but it turned out just as delicious.

Here's how to make it:

  • I placed the sliced figs and grapes in an oven-safe dish, drizzled them with olive oil, and roasted them in the air fryer at 180°C until soft

  • I placed the camembert in another oven-safe dish, scored the top, drizzled with olive oil and honey, and sprinkled chili flakes and dried chives on top

  • I baked it at 200°C until the top turned golden and the cheese was perfectly melted inside

Served with my favorite homemade olive ciabatta, it was heavenly creamy and the sweet-salty-spicy combo was just perfection.

2. Baked Camembert with Cinnamon Apples

This one tastes (and smells!) like pure fall coziness. While preparing it, I even lit a cinnamon baked apple scented candle to set the mood. (Click here for the link and discount!)

Here's how to make it:

  • I chopped half an apple into small cubes and sautĆ©ed it in butter, sprinkled with lots of cinnamon, and drizzled it with honey

  • I scored the camembert, drizzled it with olive oil and honey

  • I baked it in the air fryer at 200°C until golden

Then I spooned the warm, sticky cinnamon apples on top, and oh my, it was divine. A sweet and spiced twist that pairs beautifully with the creamy, melty cheese.

3. Baked Camembert with Homemade Pear Chutney

My newest favorite, and a total flavor explosion. You’ll find the recipe for my homemade pear chutney in my previous post, and trust me, it’s incredible with melty camembert.

Here's how to make it:

  • I scored the cheese, drizzled it with olive oil, sprinkled thyme and chili flakes

  • I baked it in the air fryer at 200°Cuntil golden on top

I spooned over the chutney and served it with tortilla chips, but it’s just as good with toast or simply on its own.

With these recipes, I just want to show you that camembert isn’t only delicious with blueberry jam.

Don’t be afraid to experiment, this cheese is so versatile, it pairs beautifully with fruit, spice, honey, or even a little heat. And the best part? It’s ready in just 10-15 minutes, so you can bring a little piece of cheesy autumn heaven into your kitchen anytime. šŸ‚šŸ’›

With love,

Tina
