I’ve always believed that every gathering deserves a little magic, and for me that magic often starts with cheese. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a laid-back picnic, or just an excuse to open a bottle of wine on a Tuesday, I love finding creative ways to make those moments feel extra special.

What began as crafting charcuterie boards for friends has turned into a full-blown passion for styling, flavor pairing, and sharing the joy of beautiful food. From cozy grazing setups to over-the-top cheese spreads, everything I create is made with care, fresh ingredients, and a whole lot of love.

This space is where I share my favorite boards, behind-the-scenes moments, and cheesy recipes to inspire your own celebrations - big or small.

For me, food isn’t just about taste - it’s about beauty, mood, and the feeling it brings to a table. I love curating boards that are as gorgeous as they are delicious, where every detail is intentional and every bite tells a little story.

I’m all about bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and eye-catching arrangements that spark conversation. Whether I’m styling for a special occasion or just playing with textures and color palettes for fun, I always follow the same rule: make it beautiful, make it joyful, make it cheesy.

Behind the Name

Hi, I'm Tina - founder, foodie, and the heart behind Sajtina.

The dream of starting something of my own has always been with me, but I wasn’t sure what shape it would take. I’ve long imagined opening a cozy little restaurant, but the timing never quite felt right. Then, on February 13th, 2024 (yes, I remember the exact moment!), while casually scrolling through Instagram, it hit me: I didn’t need a restaurant to start sharing my love for food. I could begin right where I was: with a cheese board, a camera, and a passion for making things beautiful.

I've always loved hosting, styling, and creating those little “wow” moments when food meets art. Charcuterie became my happy place where flavors, textures, and colors come together in the most satisfying way. That’s when Sajtina was born.

The name “Sajtina” was given to me by a friend a long time ago, it is a combination of the word “Sajt”, meaning cheese in Hungarian (my native language), and my name, Tina. It represents my love and passion for cheese and aesthetic food styling.

 

Today, Sajtina is a space where I share my foodie adventures, cheesy recipes, and tips for making everyday moments feel a little more special. From cozy boards for two to creative entertaining ideas, my goal is to inspire you to play with your food, embrace the beauty in the bite, and maybe start your own charcuterie journey too.
