When it comes to toast toppings, burrata is the queen. That soft, creamy center? Unmatched. And when you pair it with fruit and a touch of honey… it’s just next level.
This time, I made it even more special by baking my own baguette using my favorite Szafi Flour Mix. It’s gluten-free, low carb, super reliable, and gives the perfect chewy-on-the-inside, crispy-on-the-outside texture. After baking, I crisped the slices in the air fryer for that perfect crunch. And then? The magic happened.

Homemade baguette using the Szafi Reform Bread & Pastry Mix, air-fried until golden. It’s such a game changer if you’re gluten-free, on a diet or just want a healthier, homemade alternative.

Burrata - rich, creamy, and luxurious. I tear it open right on the warm toast and let it melt slightly. That soft center just melts into the bread… pure bliss.

🍎 The Toppings
Here’s where the fun comes in. I love balancing the creaminess with something fresh and sweet. So far, I’ve tried:
Pear slices 🍐 - soft and mellow
Apple slices 🍎 - juicy and crisp
Fresh figs 🌰 - sweet and slightly floral
And of course, a light drizzle of honey to bring it all together.

This combo feels fancy enough to serve at brunch, but it’s simple enough to throw together for a solo lunch or afternoon treat. And the sweet + salty combo? Absolutely unbeatable.
